TRS Green Lentils, also known as puy masus are ideal for Indian dishes such as kachori (dumplings with savory filling), curries, and vegetarian dal dishes. In ground form, lentil flour is used for pappadum or papad dough. TRS Green Lentils do not need pre-soaking before cooking.
